On Monday the Fort Myers Beach Town Council is expected to give final approval to the thousands of time-share owners of the Estero Island Beach Club to rebuild on their property next to DiamondHead.
On June 3rd the Town Council voted unanimously to move the Estero Island Beach Club rebuild proposal onto the 2nd and final public hearing which is Monday. In May the LPA voted unanimously to approve the revised project which will be rebuilt next to DiamondHead Resort.
The 75-unit time-share building, destroyed by Hurricane Ian, was converted from a motel back in 1981…
