CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — One person was hospitalized after a sale set up via Facebook turned violent on Thursday.
Charlotte County deputies were called to the Deep Creek neighborhood, where a man was shot in the neck, NBC affiliate WBBH reported.

Sheriff Bill Prummell said two brothers arranged a sale on Facebook and traveled to a meetup location. Six people surrounded their car, with one climbing into the backseat and grabbing the driver’s neck.
Two of the six people pulled out guns. At least two shots were fired during the ensuing struggle, striking one of the brothers and one of the suspects…
