Pig Pursuit: Curly-tailed fugitives nabbed after making off with a shoe, biting deputy

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. (CBS12) — A pair of curly-tailed escape artists caused a stir in North Fort Myers, with one pig stealing a shoe before deputies stepped in.

On Tuesday, deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) were called to an unwanted wanderer of the pink variety roaming a North Fort Myers neighborhood.

Upon arrival, one resident approached deputies and told them that one of the pigs had taken her shoe off and run off with it…
