In 2024, Lee Health officially transitioned to a community-focused nonprofit organization, marking a significant milestone in our long-standing dedication to providing exceptional healthcare for our residents. Through a Mission Agreement approved by the Lee Health Board of Directors and the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, we continue to prioritize care for our community’s most vulnerable residents while gaining greater flexibility to address the evolving needs of our patients.
