PORT CHARLOTTE — Public voting for the Lights Out for Sea Turtles art contest opens on Sept. 1, Charlotte County officials announced.
All entries have been collected and the art will be displayed at Centennial Park Recreation Center, 1120 Centennial Blvd., Port Charlotte.
