PORT CHARLOTTE — Salvation Army Port Charlotte advisory board Chairman Stephen Carter has announced new Port Charlotte Corps Officers, Captains Christopher and Jessica Welch.
They are responsible for all the Charlotte and DeSoto Corps. They were appointed to Port Charlotte this summer.
