Fort Myers, FL – A Lee County man will spend the next 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple drug trafficking charges, authorities announced this week.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, members of the Narcotics Unit arrested Enrique “Slick” Gonzales in 2024 following an investigation that uncovered large-scale methamphetamine and cocaine sales in the county.
Investigators said Gonzales sold more than 610 grams of methamphetamine and 28 grams of cocaine during the operation. He later pled guilty to several counts, including trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in methamphetamine in amounts over 200 grams, trafficking in cocaine, and possession of a controlled substance…
