Loveland residents win first in regional martial arts meet

PUNTA GORDA — With the help of a community volunteer’s time and talent, five participants from the Loveland Center in Venice came out on top after competing in a regional martial arts meet earlier this month.

The Loveland Center is a nonprofit that has served people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since its inception in 1962.
