BABCOCK RANCH — For a week, a Rotary Friendship Exchange student interviewed several Charlotte County officials to learn how they respond to hurricanes in Southwest Florida.
The University of Cambridge student Samuel English lives in London. He was welcomed by the SWFL Rotary Club recently to do local research.
