FORT MYERS, Fla. – Florida Gulf Coast University’s men’s golf team will host the West Bay Collegiate Invitational, starting Monday at the West Bay Club in Estero, Florida.
The West Bay Collegiate Invitational in 2024 was the first time since 2022 that FGCU had hosted a tournament, however, the tournament was ultimately canceled due to weather.
A total of 12 premier colleague golf programs will be competing at the Invitational: Florida Gulf Coast, UCF, Jacksonville, Stetson, Elon, George Mason, Middle Tennessee State, Coastal Carolina, DePaul, Eastern Michigan, FAU (individuals only), and USF (individuals only). Rounds one and two are scheduled for Monday, with the final round to follow on Tuesday. Play starts on Monday at 8:30 a.m. with rounds one and two, and the tournament will pick back up Tuesday morning.
