The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers celebrated 65 years of impact with an anniversary luncheon attended by local and state officials, staff and community partners. The event highlighted the organization’s decades-long commitment to quality housing and stronger neighborhoods, honoring past achievements, celebrating current successes and looking ahead to the future. Currently, the Housing Authority owns and manages over 1,400 housing units throughout Southwest Florida, in addition to providing over 2,500 housing vouchers.
