PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (CBS12) — A Florida deputy is accused of exchanging nude photos with a 10-year-old girl in Texas through TikTok.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), Deputy James Ford was arrested by his own agency early Tuesday following a joint investigation with the Coryell County Sheriff’s Office in Texas.
Detectives say the girl’s parents in Texas discovered the extremely explicit messages between her and Ford on her TikTok account. Investigators later tracked down Ford through social media records and Florida’s driver’s license data…
