PUNTA GORDA — The treasurer of a Punta Gorda homeowners association was arrested this week, accused of withdrawing thousands in unauthorized funds from the association’s account, court records show.
Deborah Renee Englert, 69, of 4300 Riverside Drive, was charged with grand theft, records show.
