LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Tim Price, a next-door neighbor, has transformed his backyard into a small slice of paradise, but just over the fence lies a problem house on Sevigny Drive in North Fort Myers, where squatters have taken over, leading to criminal activity and mounting fines.
