PUNTA GORDA — Police arrested a Port Charlotte man they clocked going over the Peace River at 107 mph on a motorcycle this week.
Punta Gorda Police Lt. Matthew Woelk was using a laser detection device during traffic enforcement on the Albert W. Gilchrist Bridge over the river, just after 8 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
