Lee County Domestic Animal Services will provide microchips at no cost during the entire month of December. Owners can bring their pets between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays. No appointment needed.
A special event is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 10, running from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lee County Sheriff’s Office Outreach Center at 10801 Corkscrew Road in Estero. Staff will insert microchips or scan existing ones to verify that owner details are up to date.
