A second man learned his fate in a deadly shooting that involved the purchase of drugs more than two years ago.
Lee Circuit Judge Bruce Kyle on Dec. 1 sentenced Dayrian Howard, 21, of Lehigh Acres, to more than 21 years in prison for the 2023 shooting death of Damari Ali, 21. Howard on Nov. 14 pleaded no contest to one count of second-degree murder with a firearm.
