A single stop on a Florida school bus’s route recently netted more than $3,000 in citations from more than a dozen drivers who illegally passed while its lights were flashing, authorities said.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday shared a video that showed 16 vehicles illegally passing a stopped school bus on Pondella Road in North Fort Myers on Dec. 8.
