PORT CHARLOTTE — A Port Charlotte man is charged with DUI and felony child neglect, accused of driving drunk with a child in the vehicle, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Diego Rolando Tum Tojin, 32, of 2316 Linton Lane, Port Charlotte was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, a third-degree felony, and DUI with a blood-alcohol level of .15% or higher with a minor in the vehicle, jail records show.
