WEST PORT — Authorities are investigating what they are describing as a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
According to a Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office news release, its dispatch team received a well-being check about 10 a.m. Sunday for a “potentially suicidal adult male” in West Port.
