For as long as there have been shopping carts at grocery stores, there have been stress points with shoppers regarding grocery cart etiquette.
One group is nice and tiddy and religious returns the cart to the designated spots in the parking or back inside the story.
Another group feels no obligation or accountability for returning carts. They will leave them wherever − parking spots, sidewalks, on storm drains, etc…
