PUNTA GORDA — The beat begins when Jane Kerstetter leads participants who gather each Saturday evening one and a half hours before sunset at the compass at Gilchist Park, 400 W. Retta Esplanade, Punta Gorda, to drum and dance to the rhythm at the Charlotte Harbor Drum Circle.
