A Fort Myers retail pad has sold for $950,000 and will be developed into a Dollar Tree store, according to LQ Commercial Real Estate Services. The 1.9-acre site is located at 13480 Rickenbacker Parkway, off Daniels Parkway and near Southwest Florida International Airport. Next door will be a 7-Eleven store.
