LoLa 41 launches tasty new weekly tradition: BOGO Sushi Sundays

Starting Sunday, Feb. 1, LoLa 41 will serve buy-one-get-one-free sushi. The deal is available all day and will remain available year-round, according to the restaurant.

The Sunday special includes all of the items, including specialty rolls such as the Capt’n Jose (spicy salmon, cucumber, topped with salmon, kiwi, black tobiko, sesame, aji mirin aioli); the Maruko (avocado, shrimp tempura, topped with spicy tuna, spicy mayo, eel and sauce; and the Asahi (spicy salmon, avocado, tempura crunchy, shiso, topped with tuna and wasabi aioli).

The bistro, which offers food from countries along the 41st parallel, has separate kitchens for global fare and for sushi. To accompany that sushi, LoLa 41 offers 8 sake varieties, three of which are available by the glass.

Also available are a variety of beers, and wines by the glass and bottle as well as cocktails such as the Lola Spritz, with Yuzuru yuzu liqueur, Aperol, elderflower and prosecco; and the Spicy Flamingo, with ghost tequila, watermelon, agave nectar, lime and spicy rim. 560 Ninth St.; 239-399-3300; lola41.com.
