While January has already brought plenty of events to the Sarasota area, we’ll soon enter arguably the busiest month of the year here, February, which features some of our biggest annual festivities.
Thunder by the Bay Music & Motors Festival, Circus Sarasota and St. Barbara Greek Festival are some of the annual events returning to Sarasota that month, while Manatee County has the Bradenton Area River Regatta and Cortez Commercial Fishing Festival. There’ll also be Valentine’s Day events, including a wedding vow renewal ceremony on Siesta and Nokomis beaches, and the return of spring training. Then there’ll be plenty of the concerts, comedy shows, stage productions and other events our area hosts year-round.
