FORT MYERS, Fla. — Lee County deputies investigated a barricaded suspect at a light green home on Stella Street, where a previous police shooting occurred in 2023.
Deputies were seen entering and exiting the property throughout the afternoon, speaking with the woman who resides there and later reading to her the evidence they had removed. Although the woman spoke briefly, she declined to appear on camera and claimed she did not know the suspect.
Deputies also examined a black car on the street, which was later towed. This property is the same location where Fort Myers police shot and killed a man in 2023.
