PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County deputies arrested a Port Charlotte man they say grabbed a woman inside her government vehicle while she was delivering mail.
Anthony A. Marchetti, 79, 19505 Quesada Ave., Port Charlotte, was arrested on a charge of burglary with assault, a first-degree felony, according to court reports released Monday.
