If you want practical advice on boosting both your physical and mental health, and maybe make a difference while you’re at it, check out the third annual SWFL Whole Health Fair this Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Cape Coral. It runs from noon to 3 p.m. at Shark Bite Fitness and Nutrition, and it’s totally free to drop in. The event isn’t just about health tips; it’s a way to support All Abilities Play, a local non-profit working to build Cape Coral’s first inclusive playground for people of all ages and abilities.
The Whole Health Collective, LLC, led by Josh Echelson, puts on the fair, along with Athletic Recovery Services (also Echelson’s venture), Sarra Lashhab of Healing Loudly, and Courtney Faunce from Embody Collective. Echelson sums up the experience as “an interactive, educational day” where clinicians from across the medical world share their knowledge and connect with the community, all for a good cause.
There’s more than just conversation, though. Grab a bite or coffee from Living Vine Organic Cafe, Miles Away Coffee, or Flour Haus Sourdough. If you’re bringing kids, Just Move Gymnastics has set up an obstacle course to keep them moving…
