CAPE CORAL, Florida — The Cape Coral Police Department conducted a citywide traffic saturation operation on March 25, 2026, specifically targeting distracted driving.
The operation, which took place from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., resulted in 72 total citations, according to a press release from the department.
