LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was arrested and accused of child abuse after a 5-week-old boy went to the hospital with a skull fracture in June 2025 in Lee County.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office’s warrant, Miguel Toma Gomez, 38, faces charges of aggravated child abuse and battery.
