PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Port Charlotte High School teacher and coach, charging him with battery, according to court records released Tuesday.
Raymond Andrew Chumbley, 44, was arrested at the school Monday and booked into the Charlotte County Jail shortly after noon.
