A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged with homicide and property damage following a fatal hammer attack at a gas station in Fort Myers, Florida. Rolbert Joachin was taken into custody on April 2, several hours after the body of Nilufar Yasmin, a 51-year-old mother of two, was discovered.
