ENGLEWOOD, Fla. (WWSB) – The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office released body camera video of a deputy-involved shooting that occurred 24 hours after another incident in the county.
Kevin Blevins, 52, was shot five times by deputies after they responded to his home on Barker Avenue in Englewood for a domestic violence incident.
Deputies responded after a 911 call from a woman who said Blevins threatened to kill her and himself. The woman was able to take one gun from Blevins, but he had access to several other firearms in the home, according to the Sheriff’s Office…
