“There are so many people that are out there looking for jobs right now, and St. Mary does so much to support them,” said Vanessa Estrada, Better Together’s Southwest Florida executive director. “The goal that we have through our Better Jobs Workforce Program is to expand into every county and every region across the United States, but St. Mary is placed in an area of need.”
Better Together will host a community job fair on April 23 at St. Mary Baptist Church in Punta Gorda, connecting local employers with job seekers as part of the Nationwide Day of Second Chances (NWDSC).
