PUNTA GORDA — A deal is in the works that could mean local ownership for Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda.
SVN Commercial Partners, listing agent, announced this week that “a local development group with deep ties to the Punta Gorda community is now under contract,” to buy the resort, shopping center, marina and entertainment complex on Charlotte Harbor’s waterfront.
Ashley Barrett Bloom, managing partner of SVN Commercial Partners, said the complex is more than a real estate asset, calling it “the cornerstone of the Punta Gorda community.”…
