BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. — A Bloomington man was arrested Sunday after leading Indiana State Police on a chase on I-65.
In a news release Tuesday, police said 23-year-old Joe Dylan Hacker nearly sideswiped Senior Trooper Ryne McMahel’s patrol car while driving at a high rate of speed.
