INDIANAPOLIS — Shortly after Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita (R-Indiana) joined a lawsuit to try to stop the rescheduling of state-licensed medical cannabis, some Hoosiers who have relied on cannabis to manage their pain expressed concerns that the decision could further limit their access to the drug.
“I don’t think our attorney general really understands the need,” said Melissa Morris, who has relied on cannabis for 16 years. “I don’t want to have to worry about being a criminal because I don’t want to be in pain.”
