DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The man accused in the death of an Indianapolis woman near the Indiana-Ohio border had his request for reduced bond rejected Wednesday in a Preble County courtroom.
LaDavid Shaw, 38 of Jackson, Mississippi, had requested his bond be reduced from the $1 million it had originally been set at.
The prosecution argued that the bond should be maintained, calling Shaw a flight risk and a danger to the public due to prior convictions.
