Cause of death revealed for fast-food customer who died after fighting manager over coffee

A 75-year-old Indiana woman died of congestive heart failure after a fight with Tim Hortons employees over her coffee order.

WANE 15, citing the Allen County Coroner’s Office, reports Anita Grayson died from “acute exacerbation of congestive heart failure in the setting of physical altercation” during the fight at the fast-food establishment in Fort Wayne on May 13.
