INDIANAPOLIS — FBI Indianapolis agents announced Tuesday they arrested a wanted California man.
Federal agents say Stephen Johnson cut off his ankle monitor and fled to Indiana. FBI agents from Indianapolis and Los Angeles found Johnson and arrested him.
