INDIANAPOLIS — A downtown Indianapolis bar suffered significant damage after a basement fire Sunday night.
Indianapolis firefighters responded to The Whistle Stop Inn on South Illinois Street around 9 p.m. Firefighters found smoke coming from the building and heavy electrical arcing in the basement.
