INDIANAPOLIS — A woman from Indy’s southeast side, between Fountain Square and Twin Aire, emailed FOX59/CBS4 after she’d spotted a video of a man with a hammer beating on a utility box on Southeastern Avenue.
She has a photograph of the same man who walks her neighborhood.
”We’ve had other interactions with him, but I don’t know if it’s mental health or drugs, but he definitely is somebody that we are very cautious about our interactions,” she said, “but he does carry the hammer quite a bit around the neighborhood and it’s come down to safety at this point.”…
