INDIANAPOLIS — One person is in critical condtion and another was seriously injured after crashing into Fall Creek near Interstate 65 and 21st Street.
Indiana State Police closed an interstate ramp in Indianapolis while they investigated after a stolen vehicle crashed into Fall Creek on Sunday afternoon.
