INDIANAPOLIS — After a deadly crash over the weekend, people who live along 46th Street said they’re fed up.
The speed limit sign says 40 mph, but residents said many drivers don’t abide by that.
“We run to our door several times a day because we hear what could be an accident,” said Gary Kime. “That’s every day. So, the high speed can be any time, any day. It could be in the middle of the night or in the middle of the day. It doesn’t make any difference.”…
