INDIANAPOLIS — Nearly two years after being found guilty of murdering Abby Williams and Libby German near the Monon High Bridge in February 2017, Richard Allen will return to the courtroom in a bid to overturn his 130-year double murder prison sentence.
After several extensions, Allen’s attorneys will at last go before the Court of Appeals in the Supreme Court Courtroom in Indianapolis on Monday. The oral arguments are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
