INDIANAPOLIS — The Department of Homeland Security and Transportation Security Administration will begin enforcing the REAL ID Act May 7, 2025.
A Real ID is indicated by the star in the upper right-hand corner of your driver’s license, permit or state identification card.
Anyone 18 years and older who plans to fly domestically or visit certain federal facilities will need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification.
