Indiana State Police recognize 4 for dedication to Delphi investigation
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) — Indiana State Police have recognized Detective David Vido, First Sergeant Christopher Cecil, Master Trooper Brian Harshman, and Lt. Jerry Holeman for their dedication to the Delphi investigation.
Detective David Vido was honored with a Commendation Award for his outstanding commitment and investigative work during the Delphi homicide investigation.
