INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One person is in critical condition after a shooting downtown and the shooter is cooperating with police, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says.
Around 12:04 p.m., reports of a person shot sent officers to the Majestic Building at 47 S Pennsylvania St. Police say the man who was shot is in critical condition.
