New Direction Church, National Bank of Indianapolis revitalize city’s far east side

Krystin Johnson and her son Jeremiah recently moved into their new home on the Far East side of Indianapolis, thanks to a program supported by New Direction Church and the National Bank of Indianapolis.

The program aims to revitalize the Far East side, especially around 38th Street, by helping first-time homebuyers like Johnson secure housing. Classes for potential homebuyers are held every Monday evening at New Direction Church, providing guidance and support for those interested in purchasing a home.
