INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan police are investigating a shooting on the northeast side that prompted a significant law enforcement presence early Thursday morning.
According to IMPD, officers were initially dispatched around 3:50 a.m. to the 4100 block of Meadows Way where they found a person had been shot.
Police didn’t immediately disclose the extent of the person’s injuries, saying only that they were “awake and breathing.” A second person suffered a graze wound during the incident, according to an officer at the scene…
